Welcome to Unimous. By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Unimous. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and abide by all rules.
2. User Content & Conduct
You are solely responsible for the content (text, photos, videos, gossip) that you post or transmit. You agree that you will not post content that:
- Is illegal, threatening, or promotes violence.
- Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or "revenge porn."
- Involves targeted harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
- Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others (including "doxing").
- Contains spam, deceptive marketing, or malicious code.
3. Virtual Items & Subscriptions
- Virtual Items: Roses, Likes, and Love Cards are virtual items with no monetary value. They are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Subscriptions: "Unimous Gold" subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You must manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.
4. Safety & Moderation
We implement a mix of AI-powered filters and human moderation. We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Accounts involved in serious or repeated violations will be permanently banned without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unimous and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or the conduct of other users.
6. Credits & Attribution
Unimous uses various third-party assets to enhance your experience, including icons from Flaticon and animations powered by LottieFiles.
